Plaintiff, who has cancer and heart conditions, was handcuffed, denied medical attention, and taken to the 25th precinct. Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants began banging on the door of the plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff's brother opened the door and defendants forced their way into the apartment. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded
to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies. Plaintiff was then arrested, handcuffed and transported to the 25th precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
