Description: On August 13, 2019, plaintiff was shot while he was standing in the street. He was taken to the hospital where it was determined he had an open warrant. He was placed in custody while at the hospital. One week later, Det. Darren Bruce and Det. Kevin Clarke picked plaintiff up from the hospital to take him to a correction facility. They knew he had been shot. They became irritated at the precinct that plaintiff was not moving quickly and dragged plaintiff facedown a flight of stairs with his gunshot wounds striking the stairs multiple times as he was dragged. Description: On July 23, 2016, Mr. Johnson was stopped by an unmarked police cruiser at about 2:55pm. NYPD John Doe Officers informed Mr. Johnson that his brake lights were out, conducted a pat frisk on him where nothing was found, and then began to search his vehicle and personal belongings. Mr. Johnson was then handcuffed and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and held for 5 months before the case was dismissed. Det. Clark, Officer Mills, and Sgt. Nikocevic are all named as defendants, but their exact involvement is not specified.
