Description: Plaintiff received a phone call from his friend asking him to hang out and to loan him $20. When he arrived at his friend's residence, he was approached by three undercover and unmarked police officers, who said offered him $40 to go buy alcohol and said afterwards, he could 'hang out with girls'.
