Description: On October 3, 2013, the Plaintiff was stopped by a red light at an intersection on his motorcycle. NYPD Police Officer Defendants DOMINICK VASATURO (Shield No. 1395) and CHRISTOPHER CLARK pulled up next to the Plaintiff, opened their car door, striking the motorcycle and causing it and the Plaintiff to fall over.
