Description: On March 17, 2023, at 1162 East New York Avenue in Brooklyn, Mr. Gill was falsely arrested, assaulted and battered by Police Officers Rafal Korycki and Faisal Elwan and John Doe Police Officers that have not yet been identified. The assault and battery consisted of being grabbed, thrown into a parked car, taken to the ground, having a knee pressed into his back, and having his arms pulled and forcefully placed in handcuffs. Elwan, Joanna B. Barletta, and John Doe and Jane Doe #1-6 ran up to Plaintiffs and forcibly grabbed them.
