Description: On August 13, 2012, Plaintiff was riding his bike home in Brooklyn when a Defendant Officer approached, ordered him off his bike and told him to put his hands up. Plaintiff complied and Defendant searched him. Plaintiff told the Defendant he was just riding home and then Defendant searched him a second time and handcuffed him despite no contraband being recovered and no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that Plaintiff had committed any crime. Plaintiff was brought to the Precinct and Defendant Officers levied false claims against him. Those charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
