Zero Disposition
Complaint
Description: On 14 June, 2003, plaintiff was removed from his suite at the Trump Hotel by members of the NYPD and FDNY and taken to the New York Presbyterian Hospital. This was the result of fraudulent 911 calls. At the hospital, plaintiff was subjected to illegal confinement and fraudulent medical treatment impeding his recovery from his actual illness.
Similar events took place on 1 July, 2003. Five NYPD employees illegally entered Plaintiff's Private Luxury Suite at Irving. One of them made vindictive comments and plaintiff was once again transported to hospital.
