Description: On November 28 2021, plaintiff Jermaine Williams was inside his vehicle when defendant officers Delarosa, Caraballo, Zahid, and Bhatti approached plaintiff in an unmarked car and instructed plaintiff to exit his vehicle.
After plaintiff exited his vehicle, without justification or cause Defendants Delarosa, Caraballo, Zahid, and Bhatti arrested plaintiff by throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, and punching him about the body. Defendant Delarosa then punched plaintiff in the face while plaintiff was immobile and handcuffed on
