Description: On March 2, 2017, plaintiff Taren Tyler alleges that New York County Assistant District Attorney Jaime Kleidmanconspired with NYPD Detective O'leary and Maggio to unlawfully seize plaintiff's person without warrant. Plaintiff alleges that Kleidman, O'Leary and Maggio unlawfully used GPS, wire taps, and pen subpoena to locate and arrest plainitff at the plaintiff's private domicile and the arrest itself took place on March 7, 2017.
