Description: Plaintiff was riding his dirt bike when he picked up a friend near West 120th Street. His friend jumped off the bike and was being chased by police officers. The plaintiff continued to ride his bike when he was tackled by an officer in plain clothes, who said "give me your fucking arm". The man did not identify himself as a police officer but allegedly was working undercover and was then joined by other officers. The officer then grabbed the plaintiff's arms and began to beat him on the ground. Officers continued to punch him in the face and one officer threatened to break his arm. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and was arrested. The plaintiff was ultimately charged with assault in the 2nd deg, reckless endanger...
