Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers pulled over Plaintiff's car, forcibly arrested her, and took her to a precinct to do a blood alcohol test. After Plaintiff's test showed she was not intoxicated, she was brought to Criminal Court, charged with OGA and Resisting Arrest, and held in custody until arraignment. Charges were later dismissed.
