Complaint
Description: Defendant Officer Vega was writing Plaintiff a parking ticket and when she asked for him to hurry up and giver her the ticket, PO Vega grabbed her and attempted to pull her out of the car. Fearing injury, Plaintiff drove away and surrendered when she was approached by other officers. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to the 18th Precinct, and charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, Resisting Arrest, Leaving the Scene of an Incident Without Reporting, with Personal Injury, and Reckless Driving. Plaintiff pled guilty to only 240.20(5).
