Description: Defendant Officers forcibly entered Plaintiffs' apartment and broke open front door to enter. Defendant Officers forcibly threw one Plaintiff to the ground and handcuffed all Plaintiffs in the apartment before searching the entire apartment. Defendant Officers then took Plaintiffs to the 75th precinct. None of the Plaintiffs were charged with a crime and were all eventually released from custody.

Description: The Plaintiff recognized two Defendant NYPD Officers in Times Square, whom had previously issued him a ticket, and cursed towards them. When the Plaintiff began video recording in his phone, the Defendant Officer ARMANI grabbed and wrist-locked the plaintiff's hand, and took away the Plaintiff's phone and turned off the recording. Defendant Officer's ARMANI and CYBULSKI then lifted the plaintiff to his feet, handcuffed him and detained him. The Plaintiff was charged with a Class A misdemeanor Crime of Resisting Arrest and with Disorderly Conduct. The charges were dismissed.
