Description: Plaintiff 1 was in his parked car talking to a friend when defendant officers approached, forced him to exit the vehicle, and forcibly pushed him to the floor. Plaintiff 2 attempted to record the incident and was attacked by the officers. Plaintiffs were arrested, taken to the 73rd Precinct, and charged with OGA, Resisting Arrest, and Dis Con. Charges were later dismissed against both Plaintiffs.
