Description: On December 24, 2017, Officer Robert Rivera, Shield #1434 with the Midtown South Precinct (who did not identify himself to plaintiff at the time) jumped on the plaintiff and started beating her after she was grabbed and tripped by another woman. The other woman said "Stop hitting him, you're going to kill him," and then pulled out a badge and identified herself as police. While getting beaten by the officer, plaintiff told him that she had "three open heart operations" and the male officer responded "Die then." Plaintiff then ended up in the hospital and could not be released for 48 hours because of the injuries from the beating.
