Description: On July 23, 2014, plaintiff was working at his job in Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan, NY, when he was assaulted by a drunken man. Plaintiff was pushed to the ground, hit his head, got whiplash. He was punched in the mouth and head several times. Defendant Sena then handcuffed and arrested plaintiff for assault, when he was the victim of the unprovoked assault. Plaintiff was taken to a hospital for treatment and then to jail.
