Description: On December 16, 2022, Darryl Mullins and Andreiana Hadon were asleep in Hadon's Brownsville, Brooklyn, home when Detective Eric Giuliani came to the apartment door, broke down the door, and entered the apartment. Finding nothing illegal, Plaintiffs allege that Giuliana then falsely arrested the Plaintiffs for possession of heroin. Although the charges were dismissed, Plaintiffs allege false arrest and excessive force among other claims.
