Description: On October 28th, 2016, Plaintiff Marlene Gathers was in her apartment when Defendant Officers broke into her apartment without a lawful search warrant or probable cause and began to search for illegal objects. Plaintiff was unclothed at the time of their entry. Defendant Officers grabbed Plaintiff and placed her in unreasonably tight handcuffs while they searched the residency, bringing in a canine to look for drugs.
