Description: On May 19, 2021, the plaintiff was sleeping inside his apartment when suddenly 10 NYPD officers broke down his door and pointed guns and shields at him. Without questions, the plaintiff was immediately searched, handcuffed, and taken to the precinct. His apartment was also searched and ransacked without a warrant.
