Description: On Feb 19, 2018, plaintiffs were at home when 14 police officers, without a warrant, broke into the apartment with guns drawn. Description: On April 11, 2017, defendant police officers pushed plaintiff up against a wall and began to search his person without probable cause or warrant. Despite not finding anything, plaintiff was falsely arrested. Plaintiff was placed into a vehicle and was driven around for several hours before being transported to the precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to invasive strip searches. Defendant police officers advanced false allegations which had plaintiff detained for 30 hours before arraignment. All charges were ultimately dropped.
