Description: On 5/24/19, Plaintiff Kareem Coleman was in the vicinity of West 113th Street and St Nicholas Avenue, where Officers Sloman, Caleb, Hernandez, Toribio, Doe, and Roe, without cause or legal justification, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. He was then falsely and maliciously prosecuted, remaining incarcerated for over 24 hours and sustaining physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result.

Description: On January 31, 2018, Defendants, including Yeraldy Bonifacio, Michael Dappolonia, Jose Torribio, and Amanda Knapp, stopped Plaintiff Edward Guillen who was driving his motor vehicle and obeying all laws. Defendants approached Plaintiff's vehicle and ordered him to step out of his vehicle without any legal basis or justification for doing so. Defendants proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff's person and vehicle.
