Description: On May 22, 2010, plaintiff was walking to a church to turn in a gun he had found at a party when he was stopped in the street without cause by defendant officers Alohan and Cox. Defendant officers detained and searched the plaintiff and found the gun. Plaintiff attempted to explain to the defendant officers that he was on his way to turn in the gun, but the officers arrested plaintiff, handcuffed him, and transported him to the precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was interrogated by defendant officers McGurran, Collao, and Desposito. All defendant officers then charged plaintiff with possession of the gun. Plaintiff was transported to jail and posted bail to be released from custody on May 25, 2010. All charge...
