Description: Plainclothes Officers backed up in front of Plaintiff's car and proceeded to come up towards it. Fearing for his safety, Plaintiff tried to drive away and was blocked in by another unmarked NYPD vehicle. Plaintiff then tried to escape on foot until he saw that one man had a shield. The other plainclothes officers then caught up to Plaintiff and began beating him, handcuffed him, and called an ambulance for him.
