Description: On July 19, 2018, at approximately 5:45 am, approximately 20 NYPD officers, without probable cause, entered the home of Plaintiff Young, ransacked it, and arrested him. Individual Defendants supplied false testimony and fabricated evidence of crack cocaine in the Plaintiff's home. Plaintiff charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, but the charges were eventually dismissed.
