Description: Plaintiff Edward Williams was going to meet his son at the McDonald's. Plaintiff Shanaisia drover her brother to meet Mr. Williams at the McDonald's, and upon arrival Mr. Williams handed his son money. Undercovers C0033 & C0278 were ordering lunch and believed that a drug transaction was occurring between Mr. Williams and his son and contacted Defendant Sergeant Denesoplis who then relayed the information to Detectives Aybar and Jonny. Detective Aybar stopped Mr. Williams across the street and asked where the drugs were, searched, and handcuffed him.
