Description: On July 19, 2018, at approximately 5:45 am, approximately 20 NYPD officers, without probable cause, entered the home of Plaintiff Young, ransacked it, and arrested him. Individual Defendants supplied false testimony and fabricated evidence of crack cocaine in the Plaintiff's home. Plaintiff charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, but the charges were eventually dismissed.

Description: On June 3,2017, plaintiff lawfully received treatment at a methadone clinic and was prescribed two doses to take at home by the clinic. Plaintiff then entered a friend's car outside the clinic, which was immediately surrounded by officers. Plaintiff advised them that she had the liquid methadone and showed her id card which showed she was a patient of the clinic. The officers made no effort to verify is the plaintiff was legally allowed to have the methadone. The plaintiff's friend then told the officers they were harassing them.
