Description: On January 26, 2019, the Plaintiff was at a restaurant with friends/family when around 3:00 a.m, an undercover PO approached the Plaintiff, asking for cocaine. Te Plaintiff had a very small amount, and gave some to the undercover PO. The officer tried to give the Plaintiff money, to which the Plaintiff refused to accept. 10 minutes later, a group of POs entered the restaurant and arrested the Plaintiff. The undercover PO falsely claimed the Plaintiff sold cocaine to him in exchange for $40. Her friend was being arrested and her car was being searched by the following NYPD officers: Oghenevi Okrokoto, Joey Morales, Andrea Simmonds, Luke Denesopolis, Michael Civil. The Plaintiff inquired into the reason of her friends arrest and the reason her car was being searched. She was told to "get back" and complied.
