Description: On September 16, 2017, Plaintiff was riding the subway home with his friends. His friends were asked to exit the subway station by police officers and one of them was issued a summons. As the officers got aggressive, Plaintiff took out his phone and started filming the officers. This led to the officers arresting Plaintiff even though he was not doing anything illegal. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and had the videotape on her phone removed by the officers. The officers also falsely informed the DA's office that they had observed Plaintiff obstruct governmental administration. They also provided fabricated evidence to the DA. Description: On August 16th, P.O. Young approached Plaintiff on the train as he was having a physical conflict with his son. P.O. Young hit Plaintiff with an object in the face under his eye and he fell on the floor. More officers came and started hitting Plaintiff as he was on the floor, including Officer 30373 and P.O. Hicks and three more officers. P.O.s put Plaintiff in the police vehicle, handcuffed him and continued to hit him. Plaintiff defended himself by biting an officer. Plaintiff had stitches to his lower left eye and received treatment and a CAT scan in the hospital.
