RICHARD LAUDMAN, who failed to properly investigate the matter prior to arresting the matter prior to the Plaintiffs arrest as a proper investigation would have proven the innocence of this Plaintiff. In addition to the foregoing, this Plaintiff was thrown to the ground, dragged by her hair and handcuffed. Plaintiff 2 ,3 ,4, 5, 6, and 7 were also falsely arrested at the same time and place. Plaintiff 5 sustained a hairline fracture from officer's force
