Description: On February 27, 2015, Plaintiff was walking on the street when Defendants-Officers Petar Simonvoic (Shield No. 26955) and Jose Cintron approached Plaintiff without reason, grabbed him in a chokehold, and threw him against a wall. They illegally searched him and threw him on the ground, causing injury. Defendant Sergeant Johnson then arrived on the scene, ignored Plaintiff's complaints, and Plaintiff was taken to 500 Abbot Street and put in a cell. Plaintiff requested to go to a hospital, but was told that if he did, the process would have to start over and ultimately was convinced not to go.
