Description: On February 21, 2019, Plaintiff was approached by P.O.s including Officer Roberto Toribio, while doing nothing unlawful and was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained. As a result of the arrest, Plaintiff sustained physical and emotion pain and injuries. Plaintiff incarcerated for over 24 hours, subjected to a strip search, and prosecuted on false charges. All charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.
