Description: On July 30, 2015, officers responded to a domestic violence call at the Plaintiffs house. The Plaintiff watched his wife perform a sexual act on Officer Daly near the Plaintiff’s bedroom door. Officer Jorge drove the Plaintiff away from the door and down the hallway as Officer Daly began to enter the bedroom. Officer Daly entered the Plaintiff’s bedroom and had sexual intercourse with his wife, who has a mental illness. While this occurred, Officer Jorge forced Plaintiff down in another room. Around 45 minutes later, Officer Daly confessed to Officer Jorge that he had sex with the Plaintiff’s wife. Officer Daly then threatened the Plaintiff and pushed him down the hallway.
