Description: On November 7, 2015 Plaintiff David Caraballo entered a building and was being followed by three plainsclothes officers identified only as "Light Shirt Defendant 1 (LS1)," Light Shirt Defendant 2 (LS2)," and "Dark Shirt Defendant (DS)." DS walked past Plaintiff in the lobby of the building, then turned around and attacked him. Plaintiff is shoved facedown to the ground then placed into a physical hold. LS1 joins seconds later, and both officers use their bodyweight to restrain Plaintiff. LS2 then joins and begins punching Plaintiff as he is restrained.
