Description: Defendant officer Canale pulled over a car in which Plaintiff was a passenger for a traffic violation. Officer then conducted a full search of the car, found a bag of gift cards in the trunk, and arrested all the passengers in the car. Plaintiff was taken to the 113th Precinct and Charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, which was dismissed 2 years later.

Description: On August 3, 2013, while plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk, P.O. Rizzo approached him and pushed him. When plaintiff asked why Rizzo had pushed him, Rizzo grabbed plaintiff's arms to arrest him. Four other officers approached and assisted Rizzo in the arrest. O'Connor kneed plaintiff in the testicles, causing plaintiff to fall to the ground.
