Description: On April 13, 2019, plaintiffs Phillip and Latoya Doyley were sleeping in their residence when defendant Officers wearing all black broke the front door down brandishing their weapons and stormed up to the second floor. One of the defendant officers aimed his weapon at Phillip Doyley and shouted for him to get on the floor, and Phillip Doyley obeyed the officer's instruction. Latoya was awakened by all of the commotion and was ordered to get on the floor as well, which she complied with and both Phillip and Latoya Doyley were placed under arrest.
