Description: On June 1, 2020, Plaintiff participated in a peaceful protest. Officers placed barricades around plaintiff and others and began to arrest protestors, including plaintiff. Ofc. Adam Mellusi grabbed plaintiff and brought him to the ground. Plaintiff told the officer that he hadn't done anything wrong. Ofcs. Giselle Rodriguez, Joel Martinez, Alexander Bustamonte, and a John Doe came over and struck plaintiff to the ground, tasered him, and arrested him with tight handcuffs. Plaintiff had done nothing unlawful while protesting. Plaintiff complaint that his cuffs were too tight and Ofc. Domarecki intentionally stepped on plaintiff's hands and wrists. Plaintiff suffered injuries to his back, hands, wrists, ribs, legs...
