Description: On January 4, 2011, plaintiff was in his house with his cousin when they left to go to Wendys to eat. He was pulled over by an unmarked police car. Defendant police officers approached plaintiff's vehicle with their guns drawn. Defendants pulled plaintiff out of the car, assaulted him, and then tasered him. Plaintiff asked to be taken to the hospital, but was taken to the precinct instead. He was eventually taken to a hospital, where he was found to be suffering from numerous bodily injuries.
