Description: On May 29th, 2014, Plaintiff was at the 122nd Precinct in Staten Island, NY. While at the precinct, Plaintiff was in front of the desk and was slammed to the ground while in handcuffs and struck in the face by Defendants. Plaintiff was brought to a back room and given a full cavity strip-search where Defendants penetrated him with their hands. Plaintiff would eventually be brought to the hospital in police custody where he was found to have suffered fractures to his nose and multiple lacerations.

Description: On July 20, 2012, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Plaintiff was in her home at 204 Schmidts Lane, Apartment 4f, in Staten Island, New York, when Defendant NYPD Officers Mario Mazie, Albert Cabello, Nicholas Rentas, Christopher Harrington, and Edward Colucci forced their way into the apartment without permission or authority. Defendants arrested the Plaintiff and transported her to the 122 Police Precinct stationhouse and imprisoned her there. Plaintiff was then transported to the 120th Precinct stationhouse in Staten Island and imprisoned there, and then she was transported to the Richmond County Criminal Courthouse where Defendants conveyed false allegations about Plaintiff committing crimes to the Richmond Count...
