Description: Plaintiff 1: DIAKITE On August 22, 2014, Diakite was standing on Broadway street next to the vendor who had employed him when he was approached by Defendants and asked to show Identification. Plaintiff handed over identification and explained to Defendants that he did not speak to customers.
