Description: On July 4, 2018, plaintiffs, an infant and his mother were part of a group enjoying the Fourth of July festivities outside their apartment. Defendant officers stormed the group, jumping on the infant plaintiff, knocking his mother to the ground and hitting her with a stick. Both plaintiffs were falsely arrested without probable cause.
