Complaint
Description: The plaintiffs were attending a family picnic when an unknown individual sexually harassed and assaulted one of the plaintiffs. The family jumped in trying to protect the plaintiff. The defendant police officers arrived on the scene and indiscriminately attacked the plaintiffs with punches and mace. The plaintiffs were arrested and taken to Brooklyn Central Booking. They were charged with assault, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration. The charges are still pending.
