Description: On Jne 4, 2020, Plaintiffs were peacefully attending a protest, when SRG officers in full riot gear formed aline with their bicycles to block protestors for walking any further. The officers used their bicycles as weapons, pushing the protestors back. Protestors were trapped and unable to leave, and NYPD (including Monahan and Lehr) failed to respond to their pleas. Per order of Monahan, Plaintiff Jones was grabbed, seized, chocked, and thrown to the ground by PO Wilson. PO Doe 1 assisted in the arrest, and both him and PO Wilson put their full weight on Plaintiff Jones while she was faced down on the ground, not resisting. After removing her from the ground, the Defendants placed her in extremely tight zip tie...
