Description: On November 1, 2016, Plaintiff was at a Subway station with a friend, when suddenly PO Tulejo Camejo and Sergeant Garfield Edmonds and Police Officers John Does 1-10, approached and grabbed plaintiff in an excessively forceful manner, and stopped, questioned, and frisked plaintiff for no apparent reason. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and arrested. The handcuffs were unreasonably tight on Plaintiff’s wrist, causing her to suffer pain and discomfort, and the officers ignored her requests to loosen them. Plaintiff was then transported to the precinct and placed in a holding cell. The officers then provided the District Attorney with false information and failed to provide exculpatory information.
