Description: On April 6, 2018, in the Bronx, Plaintiff Taquan Stewart was approached, stopped, searched, assaulted, and detained by P.O.s Chin, Whelan, and unknown P.O.s Doe and Roe without any legal justification. He remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was then required to make numerous court appearances; at the end, all charges against him were terminated favorably.
