Description: On March 4, 2014, Plaintiff was arrested by PO Bosch and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree. Plaintiff turned herself in at the precinct after being told she would be arrested by PO Bosch. This arrest was made without probable cause. Plaintiff is a teacher and had accused the principal of the school of fraud. The principal implored POs Bosch and John Does to arrest and prosecute Plaintiff for Aggravated Harassment based on her internet postings. Plaintiff did not harass the principal via the internet, the posts were protected by the First Amendment and exposed the principal's misconduct.

Description: On September 14, 2012, plaintiff was standing on the public sidewalk when defendant police officers approached plaintiff without provocation, questioned him about what he was doing in the area and demanded identification. Plaintiff produced his ID, and defendants conducted a physical search of plaintiff that did not result in the discovery of any contraband. Nevertheless, plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 84th police precinct where he was strip searched. The strip search also did not result in the discovery of any contraband.
