Description: On December 17, 2011, Plaintiff was pulled over for a non-working headlight. Despite explaining to Defendant Officer Kevin Haniff that he had paperwork showing this was being repaired, Defendant Haniff ticketed Plaintiff for it and tossed the various documents toward Plaintiff’s car. When Plaintiff got out to retrieve them and commented on Haniff's rude behavior, Defendant Haniff jumped out of his car, causing it to lurch forward and strike the Plaintiff’s car. Defendant Haniff then began assaulting Plaintiff, joined by Defendant Officer Joel Cummings who knocked Plaintiff to the ground, and then by Defendant Officer Delissa Brown, who maced Plaintiff.
