Description: On January 31, 2012, NYPD Officers Infante, Siley, Mejia, White, and Cerny approached Plaintiffs with guns drawn and unlawfully arrested Plaintiffs. The officers handcuffed Plaintiffs with extreme tightness. Plaintiffs were detained for approximately 24 hours before arraignment. Officer Infante made false statements in the criminal complaint.
