Description: On July 17, 2012, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Plaintiff was walking in the area of Marcy Avenue and S. 2nd St. in Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff was stopped by the Defendant officers who searched through a bag she was carrying. Plaintiff was then pushed against a car and patted down by the Defendant officers. Defendant officer Chisem then moved Plaintiff over to a sidewalk area and in full public view pulled up Plaintiff's shirt and looked down her bra and then pulled open her pants and looked down her underpants. Defendant officers then wrote down her name and address. Defendants then told Plaintiff they were not going to make a record of this and didn't want her to have a bad impression of cops and then they l...
