Description: On approximately June 12, 2023 at about 8 am Defendants NYPD officers came to Plaintiff and Plaintiff's girlfriends's hotel room on New Jersey Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. Defendants entered Plaintiff's hotel room, and had their guns drawn when they interacted with Plaintiff. Defendants, including Defendant NYPD officer Mohamed Awad grabbed Plaintiff's arms aggressively, threw him against the wall and handcuffed him. Defendants searched Plaintiff's person and his hotel room without permission, but did not find any contrabad in the room or on Plaintiff's person.
