Description: On April 11, 2022, Plaintiffs 1 and 2 were lawfully inside their car at an intersection in the Bronx, when POs Rowe, Wesler, Batule, and unknown POs 1-10 approached in their police vehicles, signaled Plaintiffs to pull over, and approached Plaintiffs' car on foot, weapons drawn and pointed at Plaintiffs. Upon reaching Plaintiffs' car, the POs aimed their weapons at Plaintiffs, yelling obscenities and demanding that they exit their car. The POs then dragged Plaintiffs from their vehicles and tightly handcuffed their wrists behind their back, ignoring or otherwise denying Plaintiffs' pleas to loosen them. The POs then searched one of the Plaintiffs without cause or justification. The search yielded no contraba...
